To produce ever better performing and exclusive frames we decided to make each piece with the wrapping technique. Each item is created internally by itself and is then put together with other elements with a series of progressive wrapping steps with slow resins that enter deep into the fibres. A meticulous process that allows each customer to have a bike that’s made to measure for his body and his cycling style, with the highest standard of stiffness, responsiveness and durability.

The first BMX frames are produced, a real trend phenomenon thanks to the film E.T. During the same period, father Alberto "invents" the famous bicycle FUEGO*, an exclusive patent the company produced in 20'' and 24''.
The first Mountain Bike frames are produced: it is the beginning of the specialization that will decide the success of the brand.
The company is renamed Tecno Telai Ciclo and starts to install the first robotic welding.
Thanks to new investments and high production flexibility, production regularly reach volumes of a million articles per year.
The company's name was abbreviated as TITICI and a new logo created to accompany the growth of the brand.
TITICI Energy Bike line was created, an Italian production of carbon fibre bicycle frames.
TITICI was one of the first Italian companies to present the 29” MTB, the historic Fieltynine. The company is able to anticipate at least 3 years the market boom of bikes with bigger wheels, developing geometries that will be a benchmark for the entire industry in subsequent years.
The entire production revolves around the “FLEXY” concept, the only frame in the world of bike frames featuring P.A.T. (Plate Absorber Technology), an exclusive patent that combines high level performance with incredible comfort.

Yes, I do and I have fun, although I constantly think about how the frame I'm driving is responding. I also often go to the MTB races to accompany our Factory Team because it's among people, especially athletes, that you can figure out what works and what can be improved. All of our frames come from people's needs.
The fact that it was born and raised within my family. In 1963, my father Alberto was both an artisan and an "efficient husband". In the sense that with the contribution of mom Adriana, from 1965 to 1975 they gave birth to: Giovanni, Davide, Damiano, Mariagrazia and I, Matteo! Sister apart, step by step we all have, thanks to our father's great democracy, a place in the company, including our mom, who’s always present at the store and has an important role when it comes to important decisions. We lived and breathed bread and bicycles.

I truly believe in the “Made in Italy” and in giving continuity to the product, I do not like the idea of a disposable product. I would like our frames to last long, so we offer the "frame restoration" service. Even 10-year old frames or broken frames can be refurbished. Handcrafted products such as the TITIC frame deserves maximum care even after years of use.
