The new TITICI Road frame advances the Italian brand’s first aero frame (F-RI01). This development has taken our strengths to the extreme, to bring cyclists an even more aerodynamic frame that is compact and light but still made to measure and still with the option to customise its aesthetic design. It strictly abides by the TITICI philosophy of tailored products.
The other feature that makes this unmistakeably TITICI is the PAT (Plate Absorber Technology) that gives this bike the world’s slimmest top tube – just 8 mm. Its shape allows it to absorb vibrations from the ground while maintaining an incredibly high torsional stiffness. This patented technology makes the F-RI02 frame responsive and dynamic on the sprint, but also stable and precise on the hills. It’s ready to take the roads by storm.

PAT TECHNOLOGY
PAT is the signature feature of TITICI’s Flexy range. With this patented technology, we can combine comfort and performance, without compromise.
The top tube tapers to a thickness of just 8 mm – the slimmest in the world. This very specific shape allows the TITICI frame to absorb up to 18% more vibrations than standard frame, without compromising on torsional stiffness. The cyclist therefore doesn’t feel uneven road surfaces in the arms and back, bringing greater precision to a ride that’s more comfortable, precise, safer and more stable. Meanwhile, the stiffness guarantees that the power you put into each pedal stroke isn’t lost – instead, it translates into response and so to exceptional performance.
The PAT tube of the F-RI02 has been redesigned to bring upgraded performance, lighter weight and functionality. The seat stays connect directly to the PAT top tube in a system designed to offer even more overall comfort and stiffness than the F-RI01.
THE CABLES ARE THERE, BUT YOU CAN’T SEE THEM
INTERNAL CABLING
The F-RI02 is set up for full internal cabling. The cross-section of the head tube has been increased by 11/2” and is compatible with FSA’s ACR system and Deda Elementi’s DCR.
That gives you the option to use a “plug-in solution for passing all your cabling through the handlebars. The advantages? A slicker design at the front, further improvement to the aerodynamic shape and unmistakeably fierce TITICI style.
EXTREME SHAPES; EXTREME PERFORMANCE
AERODYNAMIC
New studies on how the bike cuts through air led us to develop a frame with extreme aerodynamic shapes. The down tube and seat tube in the F-RI02 have been made to NACAstandard shapes to lower the drag coefficient. The head tube and forks have also been redesigned to improve air flow and avoid air turbulence. The result? The fastest and most aerodynamic TITICI ever made.

WEIGHT
Weight-to-power ratio is the figure most frequently used to describe modern cycling. It’s a sign of top performance. As cyclists’ training and nutrition methods have evolved, the bike industry has also sou ht new ways to combine light weight, durability, stability and riding precision. The F-RI02 is the absolute peak of that goal. Its entire design has been rethought, for a 10% saving in weight compared to its predecessor, the F-RI01. The seat tube has been reduced in dimensions, the seat post has been made lighter and more compact. The down tube and head tube have become a monocoque to guarantee higher stiffness and greater steering stability, especially on the downhills. Meanwhile, the rear triangle has been totally redesigned to reduce weight and boost performance.
The new carbon layering system has also allowed us to save precious grams, creating a frame that’s aero but also much lighter.
